Each participant gets assigned a dedicated learning advisor who tracks your progress, helps with scheduling conflicts, and connects you with additional resources when needed. They're available via email within 24 hours and for phone consultations twice monthly.
Peer Study Groups
We facilitate study groups of 4-6 participants based on similar schedules and learning goals. These groups meet virtually every other week to discuss coursework, share insights, and work through challenging concepts together. Many participants find these connections valuable long after completing the program.

Our technical team provides same-day support for platform issues, software questions, and accessibility needs. They also maintain a comprehensive FAQ section and video troubleshooting guides. Live chat support is available during business hours Monday through Friday.
